Shotgun Start Tournament!

Lantern has partnered with Bluejack National to host the 1st Annual Bluejack Sweeney Invitational to benefit Camp Sweeney. This shotgun-start tournament will be held at Bluejack National on December 13th. Proceeds from the event will go to Camp Sweeney, a non-profit organization that builds a family environment through summer camps to support children with Type I Diabetes.
Bluejack National, located on 767 acres outside of Houston, is home to Golfweek’s #1 residential golf course in Texas and the only private Tiger Woods-designed golf course in the nation. Bluejack National is hosting this tournament in conjunction with Lantern to honor Lantern's Managing Director, Houston Duncan and his son, Ford Duncan, who was diagnosed with Type I diabetes in March of 2022.
Both Camp Sweeney and Bluejack National are family-centric and are proud to partner with Lantern on this event to support children.

A diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes changes the life of a child forever. In April 2016, Bluejack National opened the first Tiger Woods designed golf course in the United States.
